Chandigarh: Employees of water works caught a person red-handed stealing copper wires from a solar plant in Sector 32 on Wednesday. The accused is Himanshu, 19, a resident of Dhanas. Vikrant Singh of Jammu and Kashmir reported he works as a site engineer with RNG Green Energy Private Limited. He reached the water works to check the solar plant and found three persons stealing copper wires from the panels around 4 pm. With the help of two other employees, Vikrant nabbed one of the accused. tnn
